1 Provided registration requirements have been completed, painting can be from first light on Friday to 10am Sunday. The registration/entry fee is $10 per artist ($5 for children under the age of 16) and covers all days. 2 To be included in the event, artists’ blank canvases or papers must all be stamped when registering. 3 Any number of canvases and papers may be stamped. No extra fee will be charged. 4 Paintings should be dropped off at Woodbridge Hall by 10.30am Sunday 25th March, or earlier if that is convenient. For further details see Helpful Hints. 5 Entries should not exceed a maximum size of one metre on any side, measured over the frame. 6 The organising committee will attempt to exhibit up to three works by each artist. If space does not allow this the committee will select one or two works of each artist. Please note a priority selection on your works to assist this process, if needed. 7 All art works are to be in the spirit of ‘en plein air’; that is, they are to be painted or drawn out of doors with the minimum of subsequent re-touching; any medium is acceptable provided the work can be easily displayed. 8 Exhibitors are required to put a selling price on works they wish to offer for sale in the exhibition. Work entered does not have to be for sale. 9 The organising committee will retain 20% of the sales price as commission. Any profits from this event will be held by The Channel Enterprise Inc, a non-profit organisation, for subsequent events. 10 Works for sale should include GST if the artist has an ABN and is registered for GST. Hobby artists and those artists with an ABN who are not registered for GST need not include an amount for GST in their price. Please bring your ABN if you have it, appropriate declaration forms will be available for the different GST categories. 11 The Organising Committee requests exhibitors to allow their works to be reproduced by newspaper, television, print or digital media to assist in the publicity of this or future events. 12 Unsold works can be collected from the exhibition from 4 - 5pm on Monday 26 March; and 4 - 5pm Tuesday 27 March (Woodbridge Hall); and 10am - noon Wednesday 28 March (Woodbridge Store). In addition, arrangements can be made with Ruth Sharkey ph 6267 4399 to collect works at a later date. Entries not claimed within two weeks of the closing of the exhibition shall become the property of The Channel Enterprise Inc. 13 The organisers will exercise responsible care with the works submitted but will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to, any work while in their custody. 14
